Nestled amongst the rolling hillside of the Chenango Valley sits Hillcrest Lavender Farm, LLC, a family-owned lavender farm in Upstate New York. With panoramic views, fresh lavender, and products produced onsite, we pride ourselves on our customer-oriented approach and on creating the best experience for all our visitors.
Looking for a great family outing?
The farm is open year-round Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, including our gift shop. Take a day trip and visit us! Sit on the swing and meet our sheep: Beau and Peep, Larry, his brother Daryl, his other brother Daryl (yes, they are twins!), and Annabelle. Stop in to chat with us about lavender and farm life, play a game of corn hole, take a walk down Woodpecker Way, or simply enjoy our fantastic view!
Our farm is open for U-pick when the lavender starts blooming, generally mid-July through mid-August. Stay updated on harvest time by following us on our Instagram or Facebook pages.
Check out our gift shop!
Our new and improved gift shop is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm or by appointment. We offer a variety of products from cozy, lavender-filled eye pillows and Warmies® Plush animals to bath and body products made on-site to the perfect lavender products for your next culinary dish and so much more!
Our quality products are made and chosen with our customers in mind, ensuring we only offer the best. All our products on our website are available for curbside pickup or shipping.
Events You'll Love!
We offer a variety of events for people of all ages!
We open the field to the public each year when the lavender blooms and offer u-pick sessions Thursday through Sunday. We provide the tools and supplies needed to cut your own lavender bunches. Bring a picnic lunch, take your time, and enjoy the field and the view while you are here.
We offer fresh-cut bunches ready to purchase in our gift shop and dried lavender bunches year-round. After the close of the u-pick season, the remaining lavender is harvested to be distilled, dried, and used in other products.
