RETURN POLICY

 

We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of a incorrect or invalid address, additional shipping/handling fees will automatically be assessed to retrieve original shipment (whenever possible) and re-ship to correct address. If shipment is not retrievable, no refund will be provided.

 

Hillcrest Lavender Farm, LLC is not liable for customer errors that result in the over-ordering of a product. During the checkout process the customer is provided with a total of the order PRIOR to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered. Hillcrest Lavender Farm, LLC makes every effort to review orders where multiple quantities of a same item are ordered but we do not guarantee, nor are we liable, for any order sent out exactly as the customer ordered. If a customer orders more than one of any single item but meant to send a lesser quantity and the ordered amount is sent to the recipient, no refund can be offered as what was ordered is what will be delivered. We will gladly refund/credit products that are returned unopened and unused. Return shipping costs of these items will be the responsibility of the customer.

We may modify or amend this Policy from time to time. In an effort to keep you informed of changes to this Policy, we will indicate the effective date of the currently posted policy at the top of the Policy. For substantial changes to this Policy, we will notify you by placing prominent notice on our homepage. Changes to this Policy will not affect our use of previously provided personal information. No personal information provided by you under the terms of this Policy (or any prior version of this Policy) will be used in a manner that is materially inconsistent with it, without your prior written permission.
