All our products on our website are available for curbside pickup or shipping. Local Farm Events U-Pick Lavender We open the field to the public each year when the lavender field blooms and offer u pick lavender sessions Wednesday through Sunday. We provide the tools and supplies needed to cut your lavender bunches. Bring a picnic lunch, take your time, and enjoy the field and the view while you are here. We offer fresh-cut lavender bunches ready to purchase in our gift shop and dried lavender year-round. After the close of the lavender u-pick season, the remaining lavender is harvested to be distilled, dried, and used in our lavender products. Click here for more information. Workshops In 2023, we began offering workshops for a variety of ages. From lavender-filled sock bunnies for children to spring bouquet-making for teens and adults, our workshops are a great way to spend an afternoon or evening out. We offer guided instructions with room for creative freedom, conversation, and complimentary snacks, making your experience fun and unique to you. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at info@hillcrestlavenderfarm.com. If customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of a incorrect or invalid address, additional shipping/handling fees will automatically be assessed to retrieve original shipment (whenever possible) and re-ship to correct address. If shipment is not retrievable, no refund will be provided. Hillcrest Lavender Farm, LLC is not liable for customer errors that result in the over-ordering of a product. During the checkout process the customer is provided with a total of the order PRIOR to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered. Hillcrest Lavender Farm, LLC makes every effort to review orders where multiple quantities of a same item are ordered but we do not guarantee, nor are we liable, for any order sent out exactly as the customer ordered. If a customer orders more than one of any single item but meant to send a lesser quantity and the ordered amount is sent to the recipient, no refund can be offered as what was ordered is what will be delivered.
