Small Group Photo Shoot

Description

Commercial Photography Policy: ​ The Photographer will procure and maintain, during the term of this contract, two million dollar comprehensive general liability insurance for personal injury or property damage, naming Grantor as an additional insured, and will, on request, provide Grantor with a certificate of said insurance. All sessions will be scheduled outside of normal business hours. Small group(single family up to 6 members) or individual sessions will last one hour from the agreed upon starting time with a fee of $50.00 which will be paid in advance. In addition, groups who arrive early/stay late may be assessed an additional prorated fee. A Photographer running multiple ‘Mini-sessions’ will be charged at the large group rate. Advance scheduling of all professional photography sessions is required. As weather is out of control of the Grantor if a non-business hours session cannot be completed due to weather, the Grantor will make their best attempt to reschedule with the photographer and if not possible will refund the session fee. Fees for missed sessions WILL NOT be refunded. NO BOUDOIR or NUDE photography is allowed as this is a family friendly farm. Photos must be appropriate for all audiences and this will be determined at the discretion of the Grantor who will have final say in this regard. The Grantor has the right of refusal for any props provided by the Photographer deemed inappropriate for use at the farm by the Grantor. As dressing rooms are not available at the farm please plan ahead.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If an event will be adversely affected by weather conditions, we will reschedule or cancel the event at our discretion. If we cancel an event a full refund will be issued. Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows with not receive a refund. Please Note: U-pick sessions will be held rain or shine but we will pause or reschedule for severe weather.
